* When packing, remember to include an extra pair of socks, snacks for energy, sunscreen, bug spray, water or Gatorade to maintain hydration, a towel and/or handkerchief to wipe your face when needed and a first aid kit because lets face it – it’s always better to be safe than sorry. This list is not all inclusive. Nevertheless, be safe and listen to your body. The fact that you got up and went for it, is something to be proud of.
