1/2 small Lime
1 Tablespoon chopped, fresh Cilantro
1/4 cup chopped, fresh Sweet Onion
A little Salt and Pepper for taste
In a small bowl, place the half avocado and mash the avocado until it is in a somewhat creamy consistency. Afterward, mix in the chopped roma tomato, cilantro, sweet onion and squeeze in the juice from the cut lime. Add in the salt and pepper for taste. When you’re done mixing everything together, cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes just for a little chill.
